Today we offer you a very simple recipe, suitable for everyone and which can save your breakfast or your children's snack!
Ingredients for 12 muffins:
- 2 whole eggs
- 250 g of 00 flour
- 1 sachet of instant yeast for desserts
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 120 ml of natural white yogurt
- 30 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50 g of walnuts
- 80 ml of sunflower oil
Preparation:
Start preparing the chocolate and walnut muffins by beating the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until it becomes a clear and homogeneous mixture. Gradually add the oil, the yoghurt and continue mixing. Add the previously sifted white flour, the baking powder and mix everything again. Finally add the cocoa powder and the coarsely chopped walnuts to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to obtain a uniform mixture. Take the muffin pan or place the cups in a pan and pour the batter. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Let them cool down completely before serving. Enjoy your meal!
