Let's prepare together a delicious hazelnut cream to spread on bread, rusks or to fill all kinds of desserts!
Ingredients:
- 100 g of hazelnuts
- 5 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 30 g of cane sugar
- 20 ml of seed oil
- 200 g of milk chocolate
Preparation:
- Arrange the hazelnuts on a baking tray and toast them in a preheated oven at 150° for about 15 minutes. Let them cool and rub them between the palms of your hands to remove the brown skin that covers them.
- Transfer them to the mixer and blend intermittently until you get a paste. Add the sugar and blend one last time.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the cocoa powder and mix. Add the oil slowly, mixing carefully.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie, add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Pour the cream thus obtained into jars of well cleaned and sterilized glass, close with lids and leave to rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before consuming.
