Nuts cream

Let's prepare together a delicious hazelnut cream to spread on bread, rusks or to fill all kinds of desserts!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of hazelnuts
  • 5 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 30 g of cane sugar
  • 20 ml of seed oil
  • 200 g of milk chocolate

Preparation:

  • Arrange the hazelnuts on a baking tray and toast them in a preheated oven at 150° for about 15 minutes. Let them cool and rub them between the palms of your hands to remove the brown skin that covers them.
  • Transfer them to the mixer and blend intermittently until you get a paste. Add the sugar and blend one last time.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the cocoa powder and mix. Add the oil slowly, mixing carefully.
  • Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie, add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  • Pour the cream thus obtained into jars of well cleaned and sterilized glass, close with lids and leave to rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before consuming.
  • You just have to try it!! Happy snack!
